Between the Negev hills and the sheer cliffs of Ramon Crater, a vision took shape—a sanctuary of genuine peace. A place that doesn’t merely host, but connects. Ramon Stars is far more than a holiday complex; it’s a love story with the desert, with nature, with people.
We began with a dream: to craft a different kind of stay—personal, unhurried—where every guest can pause, reflect, and breathe. In a spot where the sun sinks behind mountain ridges and the sky ignites with countless stars, we built eight meticulously designed apartments, crowned by a breathtaking desert rooftop with a heated jet-stream pool, jacuzzi, and sun decks that gaze into eternity.
Yet beyond the beauty lies a heart. A share of every profit is donated, because we believe a great vacation should also do good. We treasure the small moments: a warm cup of tea on the balcony at sunset, children’s laughter by the pool, a deep conversation beneath a starlit sky.

Is the property suitable for Shabbat-observant guests?
Absolutely. We provide a Shabbat hot plate (plata), water urn, a local eruv, and up-to-date information on nearby synagogues and prayer times.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. Every guest enjoys a convenient, private parking space right next to their apartment
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, no. To preserve the retreat’s calm atmosphere and respect all guests, pets are not allowed.
Is the pool open year-round?
The heated jet-stream pool operates through most of the year and is warmed during cooler seasons. Please confirm exact dates when booking.
Can we order meals?
Meals aren’t served on-site at the moment, but we’ll gladly recommend a range of nearby kosher eateries.
